The Naari Shakti campaign is dedicated to training 500 women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in income-generating skills. The training modules include advanced tailoring and garment design, beauty and wellness, food processing and packaging, and basic computer skills for digital entrepreneurship. Upon successful completion of the three-month program, every participant will receive a certificate, a starter kit relevant to her trade, and market linkage support to sell her products. We also provide registered SHG (Self Help Group) formation and microfinance guidance. Our goal is to ensure that every woman who joins this program is earning independently within six months of graduation.
