Surendra-Charu Foundation, as a non-profit organization, is committed to distributing educational materials, nutritional support, safe drinking water, environmental resources, and donations to uplift vulnerable communities.

This Distribution Policy outlines how Surendra-Charu Foundation delivers educational materials, nutritional aid, environmental resources, women empowerment resources, and community program materials to beneficiaries. Our aim is to reach those in need, not for commercial purposes.

Service Areas and Availability

Primary Service Area: Our primary services are focused on the rural areas of Cachar District, with support extended to tea garden areas and other parts of Assam and India as needed.
Distribution Areas and Timelines
  • Local (Cachar District): Immediate to 2 days
  • Nearby Districts: 2-5 days
  • Assam State: 3-7 days
  • Other States: 7-15 days for special programs
  • Emergency Assistance: 24-48 hours (where feasible)
Special Circumstances: During natural disasters, festivals, or community programs, distribution prioritizes emergency needs.
