Donation Refund Policy
SARV ABHYUDAYA FOUNDATION has a clear donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent handling of refund requests. As a non-profit organization, all donations are voluntary and intended for charitable use. However, we acknowledge that technical errors can occur.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate transactions, accidental double payments, or unauthorized card usage. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date with supporting documentation.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund for a technical error, please email foundationsarvabhyudaya@gmail.com or call +91 9818398199. Include your transaction ID, date of donation, and proof of payment. Our team will review within 7-10 working days.
Tax Certificate Implications
Donations for which an 80G tax exemption certificate has already been issued are ineligible for refund as per government financial regulations. We encourage donors to review transactions before submitting a refund request.
